1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The following terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") apply to the offer and sale of products through the website, hereinafter web: www.thegroominglaboratory.com (hereinafter "The Site"). ”).

1.2. Products may be purchased through "The Site" where the customer must have the following requirements: (a) be at least 18 years of age or, if a minor, be duly authorized by their guardian or legal representative; (b) register on the website; and (c) in the case of card payments, have a valid credit card.

1.3. This contract is established under Mexican law, especially by the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. The information about the products is available on the website and is provided in accordance with chapter III of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

2.2. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that the details, descriptions and images of the products that appear on the website are correct at the time they are entered into the system. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such product details, descriptions and images are accurate, reliable, complete or error-free.

23. The products described on the website, and any samples that may be provided to the customer, are for personal end use only. Customers may not sell or resell any of these products or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products or samples provided to customers which, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

3.1. Customers can only pay by credit card and cash payment. The following forms of payment are accepted:

- Cash payment at convenience stores (7-eleven, OXXO)

3.2. Credit cards are not accepted when the billing address is outside of Mexican territory.

3.3. Customers, once the operation is accepted, will have to pay for the product to be shipped.

3.4. For customer security, the customer's billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

3.5. All credit card holders are subject to verification and authorization by the credit card issuer. If the customer's payment card issuer refuses or fails for any reason to authorize payment, either in advance or after a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
