They are the personal data, whether identification and/or financial and/or professional, provided by you directly or by any means of contact and/or public online connection forum related to: (i) the services provided by THE GROOMING LABORATORY, administrative and various services in general (hereinafter and jointly referred to as the "Services") and (ii) any other data that is collected from time to time for the provision of the Services. THE GROOMING LABORATORY does not collect or process sensitive personal data.

Primary Purposes

THE GROOMING LABORATORY will process your personal data to carry out any or all of the activities necessary to comply with the obligations that originate and derive from the contractual and/or commercial relationship of the provision of the Services, billing and collection.

Secondary Purposes

THE GROOMING LABORATORY will process your personal data to carry out any or all secondary purposes such as informing you of the launch or changes to new products, goods, services, promotions and/or offers according to your interests; carry out studies on consumption and market habits, as well as for any other activity aimed at promoting, maintaining, improving and evaluating the Services. Means and procedure to exercise ARCO Rights and/or revocation of consent for the processing of personal data

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the Personal Data Department from THE GROOMING LABORATORY to the address nanagrooming@gmail.com _cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ , where you will be attended to in a timely manner.

Your request must be made through the Single Form for the Exercise of ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent and/or Limitation of the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Form") that is available to you on our page and contains all the elements to be able to meet your request in accordance with the regulations. In order for the Personal Data Department of THE GROOMING LABORATORY to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated on the Form and accompany it with a copy of any of the valid official identifications that are indicated in the same.

In the event that the information provided in the Form is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, the Personal Data Department of  ,THE GROOMING LABORATORY within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, you may be required to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to meet the request, counted from the day after you received it. If you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.

The Personal Data Department of THE GROOMING LABORATORY  will notify you of the determination adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, to the effect that, if it is appropriate, make it effective within fifteen (15) business days after the response is communicated. The response will be given electronically to the email address specified in the Form.

Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to THE GROOMING LABORATORY Personal Data Department at nanagrooming@gmail.com  . The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to attend to your request, will be governed by the same criteria indicated in the previous section. In the event that your request is appropriate, THE GROOMING LABORATORY's Personal Data Department will register you on THE GROOMING LABORATORY's own exclusion list so that you stop receiving our promotions.
